Did you ever had situation, when you came with your laptop to the service center and they were unable to fix it, in the meantime in other service center it was ok? The problem is in information and experience sharing. This site is aimed to help service centers to share their information, documentation and other required info in order to increase quality of service.
In this project we had to develop a new module, which is capable of working (searching, browsing, rating) with huge amount of files. Also, the anti-thief system was introduced, which makes it not possible to download more than 5 files per IP at the same time, which in union with link generation system makes it possible to be sure, that site data won't be stolen.
